Compensation: Fee for service $40–65 per encounter
Compensation will reflect experience and training.

Responsibilities for LCSW:

• Assess patients using therapeutic techniques and provide counseling
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Advocate for clients and make referrals
• Document sessions accurately within 48 hours using the EMR system
• Foster communication with staff, patients, and families
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain all required documentation
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, attend meetings and trainings
• Prepare records and internal reports

Additional Responsibilities:

• • Supervise LMSWs and students

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work
• Two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Licensed as an LCSW in NY
• Skilled in clinical intervention, assessment, and case planning
• Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
